In accordance with Norwegian Bar Association regulations, we are required to inform that authorisation to practise law is granted by the Supervisory Council for Legal Practice, that the professional title “lawyer” is granted in Norway, and to disclose any professional associations where we are registered.
Our hourly rates range from NOK 2,500 to NOK 4,300 incl. VAT, depending on the type of case and who performs the work. The hourly rate for secretarial work is NOK 1,875 incl. VAT. In certain insurance cases (traffic accidents and workplace injuries), reasonable and necessary legal costs are covered by insurance. Please contact us if you have questions.
If your insurance does not cover legal fees, these may in some cases be covered through your home contents insurance. Typically, there is an excess of NOK 3,000–4,000 plus 20% of the remaining amount. Total cover is usually NOK 100,000. We can help clarify this.
